Privacy Standards and Legal Compliance
The Company operates in alignment with applicable federal and state privacy laws and regulations. While we do not currently submit claims to insurance providers or participate in healthcare clearinghouses, we implement privacy and security practices informed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), as applicable, to support the protection of personal and health-related information.
As the Company’s services evolve, including the potential use of insurance or third-party payers, the Company will comply with all applicable HIPAA requirements. While these platforms may provide security features designed to support privacy and confidentiality, the Company does not control and cannot guarantee the security practices of third-party providers. Clients and users are strongly encouraged to exercise discretion and avoid submitting detailed personal health information through unsecured or non-HIPAA-compliant platforms.
