K’SerraSerra® Counseling & Wellness LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of its state of registration. The Company operates as a mission-driven, for-profit organization providing accessible, culturally responsive, and integrative counseling, wellness, and supportive services. Services may include both clinical and non-clinical offerings, which are clearly distinguished and provided in accordance with applicable laws, licensure requirements, and professional standards.
Non-clinical services are not intended to constitute psychotherapy, medical care, or clinical treatment unless explicitly identified as such and delivered by appropriately licensed or supervised professionals.
Acceptance of Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Use periodically. Updates will be reflected by a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Use of Site
By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging with information and services provided by the Company.
