NON-PROFIT CORPORATE TRUST & TRANSPARENCY AGREEMENT

PURPOSE

K’SerraSerra® US a nonprofit organization, is committed to operating in the interest of public transparency, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of nonprofit programming, community engagement, public education, participant support, and organizational operations.

This Nonprofit Corporate Trust & Transparency Statement is intended to provide clear, accurate, and non-misleading information regarding the nature of K’SerraSerra® US, its nonprofit function, non-clinical scope of services, community-based programming, organizational practices, and participant expectations, thereby allowing individuals to make fully informed decisions regarding engagement with K’SerraSerra® US.

This document is made publicly available to support informed decision-making, foster ongoing community trust, and affirm K’SerraSerra® US’s commitment to ethical and lawful nonprofit conduct in accordance with all applicable regulations, nonprofit responsibilities, organizational policies, and community care standards.

BUSINESS STRUCTURE

K’SerraSerra® US (hereinafter referred to as “the Nonprofit”) is a nonprofit organization duly organized and existing under the laws of its state of registration.

The Nonprofit operates as a mission-driven organization providing accessible, culturally responsive, and integrative non-clinical community care, public education, emotional support, spiritual care, wellness-oriented programming, and collective care initiatives. These services are intended to encompass broadly applicable supportive, educational, reflective, and community-based activities and are not to be construed as psychotherapy, medical care, clinical treatment, diagnosis, or a specialized clinical scope of practice unless separately identified, licensed, authorized, and documented under applicable law.

The Nonprofit’s organizational structure is designed to support ethical programming, operational accountability, community trust, sustainable mission-based growth, and inclusive care, while upholding core values of transparency, dignity, accessibility, and collective well-being.

SCOPE OF COMMUNITY SUPPORTIVE SERVICES

K’SerraSerra® US offers non-clinical, community supportive services designed to promote reflection, connection, emotional wellness, spiritual care, public education, and collective well-being. These offerings may include emotional support, spiritual care and reflection, psychoeducational resources, wellness-oriented programming, support circles, workshops, retreats, community-based gatherings, written reflections, podcasts, and other educational or supportive activities.

Services provided by K’SerraSerra® US are supportive, educational, reflective, spiritual, and community-based in nature. They are not psychotherapy, medical care, psychiatric care, clinical counseling, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, or emergency services. Participation in K’SerraSerra® US programming does not establish a therapist-client relationship, clinical provider relationship, medical relationship, or any other professional treatment relationship.

K’SerraSerra® US may support access to care by offering education, resources, community programming, referral information, scholarship-related initiatives, or pathways for individuals to learn about services offered by K’SerraSerra® Counseling & Wellness LLC or other appropriate providers. However, participation in K’SerraSerra® US does not guarantee access to clinical services, create eligibility for services, establish payment coverage, or automatically create a relationship with K’SerraSerra® Counseling & Wellness LLC.

Any clinical services, including therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment planning, or supervised mental health services, must be separately identified, separately agreed upon, and provided through an appropriate licensed professional or supervised provider in accordance with applicable law. Such services require a separate informed consent process, separate documentation, and a clearly established clinical relationship.

USE OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS

K’SerraSerra® US utilizes digital tools and platforms to support communication, program registration, participant engagement, community programming, educational resources, donation processing, outreach, administrative operations, and related nonprofit activities. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including secure data practices and encryption where available, are used to help protect personal information.

However, all electronic communication and data transmission involve inherent risks, and K’SerraSerra US cannot guarantee absolute security or confidentiality of information transmitted through digital platforms, email, online forms, registration systems, payment processors, video platforms, or other electronic systems.

K’SerraSerra® US is committed to maintaining privacy and confidentiality in alignment with applicable laws, ethical standards, organizational policies, and nonprofit responsibilities. Additional details regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of information are outlined in the website’s general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, donation-related disclosures where applicable, and related data protection practices.

Any therapy, psychotherapy, clinical counseling, diagnosis, treatment planning, or supervised mental health service must be separately identified, separately agreed upon, and provided through an appropriate licensed professional or supervised provider in accordance with applicable law, including a separate informed consent process and clinical documentation where required.

Retreats and group-based programs may involve extended engagement, structured activities, and interaction with other participants. These services are supportive and educational in nature and are not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment, medical care, or emergency services.

Participation in these programs is voluntary. Individuals are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their personal, physical, and mental health needs.

Due to the group-based nature of these experiences, confidentiality of information shared by participants cannot be guaranteed. Participants are encouraged to exercise discretion when sharing personal information in group settings.

K’SerraSerra® US (the “Company”) does not provide crisis intervention or emergency services.

While providers may be licensed professionals or individuals working toward licensure under the supervision of licensed professionals, as permitted by applicable law, services offered by the Company are not designed, intended, or structured to replace emergency crisis response, emergency medical or psychiatric care, 24/7 psychiatric services, crisis intervention services, or immediate access to hospitalization or other emergency supports.
