Fees vary

These are our general fee ranges. Rates for some services, such as couples and family counseling, may vary by session length, clinical complexity, and provider. Not all providers offer every service, so please check each provider's profile for the age groups and populations they serve. You'll always know your fee before your first appointment, and before any future rate change takes effect.

Sliding Scale Access

See if you qualify

A limited number of sliding scale slots are held for community members whose income makes our standard rate difficult to sustain. Answer a few honest questions below to see your rate for both your first appointment and ongoing sessions.

A Question First

1 / 8

Is affording the cost of care a barrier for you right now?

Your first appointment (diagnostic intake) is $210, and ongoing sessions are $170. If cost is standing between you and care, we want to know — so we can show you what's available.

Wonderful — let's get you scheduled.

Your first appointment (diagnostic intake) is $210, and ongoing sessions are $170, available Monday through Thursday. You can request an appointment directly, no additional steps needed.

Sliding scale is how we make room.

K'SerraSerra holds a limited number of sliding scale slots for community members whose income makes our standard rate difficult to sustain. This isn't a promotion or a discount — it's a deliberate part of how we practice care, made possible because we hold space for it.

Because these slots are limited, we ask a few questions to determine the best rate for your care. Nothing here requires documentation.

Financial Transparency

Care should
begin with clarity.

The cost of counseling is part of the therapeutic relationship and should not be hidden, minimized, or introduced only after services begin. K’SerraSerra communicates fees clearly, discusses financial expectations before care begins, and works to avoid unexpected charges.

Payment is generally due at the time of service unless another written arrangement has been established.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless another written arrangement has been established.

Eligible clinical services may be paid using major credit or debit cards. Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account cards may also be accepted when permitted by the account administrator.

Insurance & Superbills

K’SerraSerra is currently a private-pay practice and does not directly bill commercial insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare.

Upon request, eligible clients may receive a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

Scheduling Policy

Clients who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance may have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.

The total cost of care may vary depending on the type, frequency, and duration of services selected.
