Mario “Mai” Gross is a social work professional and multicultural, pluralistic chaplain dedicated to advancing equitable, accessible, and holistic mental health care for underserved and vulnerable populations. With interdisciplinary training in mental health counseling, multicultural and pluralistic spiritual care, and community-based practice, Mai provides an integrative, human-ecological approach that considers the emotional, psychological, social, and existential dimensions of well-being.

Mai is experienced in biopsychosocial and spiritual assessment, trauma-informed care, group facilitation, and a diverse range of evidence-informed supportive emotional, mental health, and spiritual care practices. They have supported individuals, families, and communities across healthcare and community settings with a culturally responsive, inclusive, and client-centered approach grounded in ethical practice.

As the Founder of K’SerraSerra® Counseling & Wellness LLC, Mai is developing an accessible model of care designed to expand supportive services through virtual and community-based offerings. These services include emotional support, psychoeducation, coaching, and spiritual care within a clearly defined scope of practice. They do not constitute licensed psychotherapy unless explicitly stated and provided under the supervision of a licensed professional in accordance with applicable laws. When client needs extend beyond the scope of available services, appropriate referrals and consultations are made in alignment with professional and ethical standards.
