You are not alone in your journey toward improved mental health and well-being. Together, we can work to understand your experiences, overcome obstacles, and take meaningful steps toward growth, healing, and lasting well-being.

About Mai

Mai is a Master of Divinity-trained professional, social worker, and chaplain with more than a decade of interdisciplinary education, clinical practice, and professional training focused on understanding and addressing the many factors—including human development, individual and community health, culture, social systems, environmental influences, and religious, spiritual, and existential concerns—that influence mental health and overall well-being.

Their focus is on supporting adolescents, adults, families, and communities navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, chronic stress, major life changes, identity development, academic and career concerns, chronic illness, caregiver stress, and questions related to meaning, purpose, and personal growth.

They are committed to providing care that honors each person’s unique experiences, values, and identity, and welcome individuals from diverse cultural, religious, spiritual, secular, and LGBTQ+ communities.
